• Facilitate the implementation of  Cost effective Quality Management Systems that satisfy the requirements of ISO 9001:2008; ISO/TS 16949; SIA-ACS and other Quality Systems related standards.

• Provide Support to your organisation following certification approval.

• Undertake Internal Auditing of your Quality Management System to ensure it is subjected to continual improvement and that your organisation is operating in the most effective and efficient manner.

• Facilitate the development of Process Plans with measurable performance indicators that target your organisation towards improvement across all processes.

• Facilitate Six Sigma methodology  (DMAIC) in your organisation to address your significant issues and reduce operating costs.

• Implement the legal requirements of Health and Safety within your organisation and provide on going support e.g. Risk Assessments etc.

•  Provide overseas Pre-Shipment Product Verification to minimise the risk of receiving non-conforming imported goods.

• Provide on and off site Training on Quality Management Systems  (e.g ISO 9001 etc.), Internal Auditing etc.

•  Provide on-site Interim Quality Management or a Part Time Quality Manager (for the small business who need ISO9001 but may have a limited budget to employ a Full Time Quality Manager)

• Provision of Office /Administration support staff.
